600 mm Tube Diffuser for Reliable Wastewater Aeration
EnviroValor supplies 600 mm fine bubble tube diffusers for municipal and industrial wastewater aeration systems. Designed for stable air distribution, uniform bubble release, and easy installation, this diffuser is suitable for aeration tanks, biological treatment systems, replacement projects, and system integration.
Efficient Aeration with Reliable Supply
EnviroValor helps customers reduce project and maintenance delays through stable quality, fast delivery, and Taiwan-based supply capability.
Spin-Welded Air Inlet
Spin-welded structure designed for improved sealing reliability and reduced leakage risk.
EPDM Membrane
Engineering-grade EPDM membrane suitable for long-term wastewater aeration environments.
ABS Support Body & 304 Clamp
ABS support structure with 304 stainless steel clamp helps improve stability and membrane positioning.
Spin-Welded Air Inlet Structure with Leakage Testing
The air inlet is integrally formed and connected to the support pipe by spin welding. This structure is designed to improve sealing reliability and reduce the risk of side leakage.
Compared with glue-bonded designs, the spin-welded connection provides stronger structural integrity and better long-term reliability in wastewater aeration environments.
Before shipment, each tube diffuser is tested with professional leakage testing equipment to verify sealing performance and help ensure stable operation after installation.
- Integrated air inlet structure
- Spin-welded connection instead of glue bonding
- Improved sealing reliability
- Reduced side-leakage risk
- Each unit tested before shipment
- Stable air distribution during operation
Molded EPDM Membrane with Up to 13,500 Openings
The diffuser uses an EPDM engineering rubber membrane designed for long-term wastewater aeration environments. The membrane provides resistance to UV exposure, acid, alkali, and corrosion, making it suitable for demanding treatment conditions.
The membrane is molded with up to 13,500 openings, with an opening size of approximately 1–3 mm. This molded structure supports uniform aeration and fine bubble distribution.
ABS Support Body & 304 Stainless Steel Clamp
The diffuser body uses an ABS support structure to provide mechanical strength and stable support during operation. Its hollow design helps reduce buoyancy and lower the floating load on the piping system.
The EPDM membrane and diffuser body are fixed with a 304 stainless steel clamp, helping prevent the membrane from loosening during operation.
