Reliable Aeration Performance with Fast Supply Support
EnviroValor supplies fine bubble disc diffusers for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment systems. Our EV-270 fine bubble disc diffuser is designed for efficient oxygen transfer, stable bubble distribution, low pressure loss, and long-term operation in aeration tanks.
The diffuser uses an EPDM membrane, durable P.P. support body, and a self-sealing membrane structure that helps reduce wastewater backflow when air supply is stopped.
With standard models available from stock, EnviroValor supports contractors, distributors, and system integrators with faster procurement and replacement needs.
Ready stock available. Fast delivery. Samples available upon request.
Designed for Practical Wastewater Aeration Applications
EnviroValor fine bubble disc diffusers are designed for practical wastewater aeration applications where stable performance, easy installation, and reliable supply are important.
EV-270 Structural Design
The EV-270 combines flexible membrane performance with a durable diffuser body for long-term wastewater aeration operation.
EV-270 Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser
The EV-270 is EnviroValor’s standard fine bubble disc diffuser model for common wastewater aeration applications. It is suitable for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment systems, replacement projects, and system integration.
Basic Specifications
Oxygen Transfer Performance
The EV-270 fine bubble disc diffuser is designed to support efficient oxygen transfer in biological wastewater treatment systems. Fine bubble aeration increases the contact area between air and water, helping improve oxygen transfer efficiency during operation.
EPDM Membrane
The EV-270 uses a standard black EPDM membrane designed for municipal wastewater and general wastewater aeration environments. The membrane provides flexibility, deformation resistance, and stable performance during repeated aeration cycles.
Self-Sealing Membrane Structure
The EV-270 does not rely on an additional external check valve. Instead, its membrane structure is designed to help reduce wastewater backflow when the air supply is interrupted.
When air pressure is supplied, the membrane opens and releases fine bubbles. When air supply stops, the elastic membrane closes against the diffuser body, helping prevent wastewater from entering the air piping system.
Typical Applications
EnviroValor fine bubble disc diffusers are suitable for a wide range of wastewater aeration applications.
Reliable Supply and Fast Support
Ready Stock
EnviroValor focuses on standard diffuser models with inventory support, helping customers reduce procurement time and respond quickly to project needs.
Fast Delivery
For available stock items, delivery can be arranged faster than fully made-to-order production, which is helpful for urgent replacement projects, contractor needs, and distributor inventory planning.
Sample Available
Customers may request sample units before confirming bulk orders. This allows buyers to evaluate product dimensions, membrane quality, and installation compatibility before larger procurement.
B2B Cooperation
EnviroValor supports contractors, distributors, system integrators, OEM customers, and trading companies with clear quotation terms, delivery schedules, and product information.
